 The Orpheum Theatre is a music venue in Boston, Massachusetts. It is located at 1 Hamilton Place, and it was formerly known as the Boston Music Hall (not to be confused with the former "Music Hall", which is now the Wang Theatre). Some of the acts that have played there include The Grateful Dead in 1971, 1972, 1973, 1976, and 1978; Kiss on the Alive! tour in 1975; Bruce Springsteen on the Born to Run tour in 1977; U2 on the War tour in 1983, and Trey Anastasio in 2001. |
